Ultrapac 2000® Regenerative Heatless Desiccant Dryers
The Aircel Ultrapac 2000 (3-60 scfm) heatless adsorption dryers is a complete purification system including pre-filter, dryer, after-filter, control system and automatic condensate drain and silencer. All components are factory sealed requiring minimum installation and almost instant start-up. This modular design of mechanical and electronic components reduces downtime with modular repair/replacement capability, and the compact footprint saves valuable space on the plant floor. -
AHLD Regenerative Heatless Desiccant Dryer
The Aircel AHLD (80-5,000 scfm) heatless adsorption compressed air dryer is based on the traditional twin-tower concept. Aircel is one of few dryer manufacturers with the engineering and manufacturing capability and experience to design dryer systems of any size with pressures up to 10,000 psig and volumes up to 20,000 scfm. The AHLD can be designed to meet NEMA 1, 4, 7 and 12 requirements as well as to national and special industry codes. The auxiliary-piloted, two-way, angle-body piston valve provides extended service life and carries a 10-year warranty (80-600 scfm models). -
Oil Free Pack Regenerative Heatless Desiccant Air Dryers
Aircel Oil Free Pack heatless adsorption dryers ensure clean, oil-free and odor-free dry compressed air. Both compact and large system designs are complete with electronic controls and integral activated carbon filters for removal of hydrocarbon and other vapors for critical applications. Ultrapure® 2000 and Ultrapure ALG Regenerative Heatless Breathing Air Desiccant Dryers
The Aircel Ultrapure® 2000 (10-60 scfm) and Aircel Ultrapure ALG heatless breathing air adsorption dryers have been designed to provide Grade D air for point-of-use applications where plant air must be purified to breathing air standards. This compact modular unit with built-in condensate drain valve incorporates six stages of purification to meet Grade D Breathing Air specifications. -
AEHD Series Regenerative Externally Heated Dryers

HRE Regenerative Heated Blower Purge and HRS-L Heated Zero Purge Air Desiccant Dryers
The Aircel HRE and HRS-L (625-10,000 scfm) heated blower purge adsorption dryers are designed to provide high drying efficiency by utilizing an external source of heat for regeneration. HRE/HRS-L adsorption dryers significantly reduce or eliminate the use of compressed purge air for regeneration resulting in an overall reduction in the cost of operation.
